You always get free estimates. Unless your project is complex or requires some special materials we provide your estimate at the first visit. You will be presented with the full price of the job and given the choice to schedule the work if you wish. We promise not to hard sell you!
Our customers often comment about how clean and neat we are. It is kind of crazy that it is unusual for people to clean up after a job! Our goal is to be unlike all other contractors you have worked with before. We don’t need to be asked to do what should be done anyway.
We use the Jobber operating system to keep us organized. This system is used for everything we do and is great for keeping you informed and us going where we need to be. Our technicians use the Jobber app to contact you, know your address, have the right job information, create your invoice, and collect your payment. Additionally you have a customer portal where you can keep track of your jobs, review and approve your quotes, and keep track of your payments.

I am Phil Green, the owner and founder of Rapid Repair Pro. I have over 30 years of home improvement and construction experience at your disposal. I am a master carpenter, a certified HVAC technician, and a qualified electrician. I am also a veteran. I can honestly say that I have built or repaired every part of a home in my career. I would love the chance to get to know you and serve you.
My name is Kristin Chang and I am the customer service and call center manager. I also work hard to keep Phil and the crews organized. I started my career at the very bottom by being a bread slicer/cashier at a small bakery at the age of 15. Then I realized that I loved to interact with people much more than slicing bread. Over the years I worked my way up to cookie decorator/cashier, coat check girl, microbrewery hostess, sushi restaurant main hostess, kiosk sales, fast fashion associate, Swatch lead associate, Sabon manager, Tempur-Pedic flagship manager, personal assistant, and finally landing my dream job at Rapid Repair Pro. I feel these 15 years have tempered me to be adaptable and open to any situation as well as teaching me the most useful and unique skills throughout my life. I can formulate charts, organize with a meticulous eye, tell you the Japanese names of fish, & tell you how to get a good night’s rest.
Outside of work I am passionate about baking, calligraphy, spoiling my nieces and nephew with dinosaur toys, and taking the most ridiculous staged photos of my seven pound dog named Tsunami Nami. My favorite photo is of Tsunami dressed up as a Starbucks Frappuccino in front of a Starbucks store.
