From our $1 first service call offering to the job completion, everything is about providing a first-class experience that is convenient and makes you feel comfortable and secure. We hire quality technicians and constantly train them in service skills and workmanship for your handyman O’Fallon needs.

We recognize the value of your time and have developed a system that saves you time and hassle while ensuring that your clients get the best service available. We turn around repair quotes on the same day and you don’t even need to meet us on site for your handyman O’Fallon needs. Just email the quote request and a copy of the inspection report to We will provide a firm price quote promptly emailed back to you so you can keep the process going. To save us time we only ask that you send request for repairs negotiated and agreed to. We would be happy to provide estimates, for a fee, for buyers who are shopping but don’t have a firm deal yet. Additionally, we will accept payment at closing if the deal is secure and reasonably close.

o 2009 – added radon mitigation services
o 2011 – added HVAC services
o 2015 – started a separate division called Advantaclean offering mold removal and air duct cleaning
o 2019 – Re-branded Green Remodeling as Rapid Repair Pro offering repair services for homes and businesses

Rapid Repair Pro is owned by Phil and Scott Green, a father-son team dedicated to building quality businesses that provide lasting value to our communities, the people we serve, and our employees. They have a combined 40 years of experience. Being a family owned and operated company, we truly are committed to our values in life, our business and even the way we perform handyman O’Fallon services for you.

What are your hours? – Our normal hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. However, if you have a special circumstance or need, we will try to accommodate your request.


Do you have insurance? – We carry 1 million in general liability insurance with Erie Insurance Company. Our workers compensation insurance is with BiBerk Insuurance Company. We would be happy to provide you with a certificate of insurance if you request one.


What happens if I am not satisfied? – While that would be a very rare occurrence, we pledge to do whatever we can to make it right for you.


What can I expect when I schedule service? – Our operating system automatically sends out texts and emails notifying you of our appointment and we send out texts when on the way. You can count on us to be there when we say we will. Once service is completed you will have the opportunity to complete your purchase right on site.


Do you supply materials? – We generally do supply all materials, but if you wish you can supply things like fixtures, faucets, and other such items.


How do you charge for service? – All service is charged on a per job basis. We do not charge by the hour. You will be given a firm price for the work before any work is done.


What if I have questions about pricing? – Prices for most of our services can be found on the pricing page. Pricing for any other services will be determined in person.


Do I have to be home while the work is done? – That is up to you. We frequently work in homes when no one is there and have never had any issues with it. Several of my regular customers give me my own key to their house.


Is there anything you cannot or won’t do? – While we can complete many kinds of projects, we do not offer any general remodeling such as roofing, siding, flooring, or kitchen & baths. We can refer you to other quality pros who meet our standards of service for these.


Do you offer financing? – Yes, we can do financing thru 3rd party vendors. If you are interested please ask for further details.


Do you require deposits? – Normally we do not require any deposit. If your job requires a special-order material, we may ask for one.


What are your payment terms? – We require payment at the time of service or financing arranged in advance.


What cities do you service? – We currently service the entire Metro-East and St. Louis Area
